Security Deposit or Damage Waiver
We ask our guests for a £50 security deposit, pre-authorised against your credit card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no damage. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.

A non refundable damage waiver of £20 can be paid in place of the security deposit which will cover accidental damage up to the value of the security deposit. This can be added in the checkout under extras, terms and exclusions apply.
