Mousehole is a great destination for a seaside staycation and St Clements Cottage is the perfect spot for your next getaway. Close to the coast and a short walk from Mousehole harbour and shops, St Clements Cottage is the perfect place for a sea lover. If outdoors is your thing then the two patios will be ideal places to enjoy the sunshine and relax. The lower patio has an outdoor dining setting, its own outdoor kitchen area and an outdoor shower, not to mention a summer house with a sofa, table and a shower room. The upper patio has more comfortable seating and access to a further summer house which is home to the properties washing machine and clothes dryer. There's even a surf board and kayak storage for you to use.

It's not all about the outside though, inside St Clements Cottage you will find a thoughtfully designed property with two en suite bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen and a living room with a wood burning fire and Smart TV. The breakfast bar attached to the kitchen doubles up as a dining space and with all the mod cons on hand, St Clements Cottage will offer you a holiday home from home.

Your Mousehole staycation wouldn't be complete without a quick mention of the traditional harbourside with its range of eateries and pubs as well as a selection of art galleries and independent shops. Location

Mousehole really is one the gems in the beautiful waters of Mounts Bay, its storied harbour is as famous as it is breath-taking and offers the modern holiday maker a backdrop to admire, or a chance to frolic in its calm waters. A Mousehole staycation wouldn't be complete without sampling the local culinary offerings, seafood and locally sourced produce are staples in Mouseholes independent cafes, restaurants and pubs.

Boat trips, fishing and water sports are some of the offerings you can book from the harbour, and with a good selection of local shops and galleries, there are plenty of different types of activities on offer to make your Mousehole staycation a memorable one.

Further afield Penzance, Marazion / St Michael's Mount, and St Ives are just some of the plentiful options to visit during your stay. Many of Mousehole's shops and hospitality businesses are open year round (some with seasonal opening hours) meaning a visit outside of the main summer months will give the flexible traveller all of things you would expect from your Mousehole Staycation without the crowds.
