Perfectly positioned on the edge of the South West Coastal Path, it’s a haven for walkers, beach lovers, and families seeking a memorable Cornish escape.

From the balconies, soak up uninterrupted views across Mounts Bay to the iconic St Michael’s Mount. The golden sands of Marazion Beach are just a 15-minute stroll away and nearby beaches such as Perranuthnoe and Praa Sands are within easy reach by car or via the South West Coast Path.

Each house is thoughtfully designed for comfort and connection, with flexible sleeping arrangements including zip-linked twin beds, baby-friendly amenities (cot, high chair, stair gate, bath seat and more), and welcoming touches for well-behaved dogs. There’s ample parking for two cars, EV charging available on request, and even a dog-sitter recommendation for those planning day trips.

Please note that this property operates a firm cancellation policy. After a 24-hour cooling-off period, the full cost of the holiday becomes non-refundable. We recommend securing travel insurance to cover any unexpected changes to your plans.

Security Deposit or Damage Waiver
We ask our guests for a £500 security deposit, pre-authorised against your credit card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no damage. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.

A non refundable damage waiver of £50 can be paid in place of the security deposit which will cover accidental damage up to the value of the security deposit. This can be added in the checkout under extras, terms and exclusions apply.

Pets: 3 pet allowed. Please advise the Stay Ca team directly if you would like us to host your pet after completing your booking. A charge of £25 per pet per week will be applicable and required before your stay. We will arrange and invoice with you directly upon booking confirmation.

Linen & Towels – Bed linen and towels are provided. You will need to bring you own beach towels (and travel cot linen if required).

Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
