Getting availability
Please note that this property operates a firm cancellation policy. After a 24-hour cooling-off period, the full cost of the holiday becomes non-refundable. We recommend securing travel insurance to cover any unexpected changes to your plans.
Security Deposit: We ask our guests for a £500 security deposit, which is held as a pending transaction against your credit card. The deposit is held in the event that damage is caused to the property or extra cleaning is required after your stay. The deposit is held against the card seven before arrival an released seven after departure where no damage is reported.
Pets: 3 pet allowed. Please advise the Stay Ca team directly if you would like us to host your pet after completing your booking. A charge of £25 per pet per week will be applicable and required before your stay. We will arrange and invoice with you directly upon booking confirmation.
Linen & Towels – Bed linen and towels are provided. You will need to bring you own beach towels (and travel cot linen if required).
